At Land & Regeneration Partners, our mission is to provide both public and private sector clients a level of service, depth of knowledge, professional skill-set and range of experience offered by the 'big name' consultancies but at a more affordable price with a personalised approach. We offer a truly bespoke service, tailored individually to each client's specific requirements and our diverse experience makes us well-placed to understand your needs. Our operation is based around a hybrid approach of remote working and direct client interaction. This allows us to be agile, working across the country, sharing best practice and innovative new approaches.

Simon has worked in economic development for over 25 years across multiple disciplines including town centre management, business improvement districts, regeneration, tourism & visitor economy and the rural economy. Since 2011, he has owned and managed his own consultancy, successfully delivering projects for local, regional and national clients mainly across the wider public sector.

Ben is a General Practice Chartered Surveyor with 25 years experience. Ben combines private consultancy and project work for local authorities with a focus land assembly, developer selection and project and programme management. Ben has extensive experience in land acquisitions, disposals and development agreements as well as managing procurement processes for developers and the public sector.

She’s held senior roles in local authorities and the One Public Estate Property Programme.

A skilled project manager, she excels in supporting the visitor and tourism sector, collaborating with destination management organisations, tourism boards and sector-specific groups to enhance innovative strategies, events and visitor experiences.

Lindsey specialises in economic research, economic strategy & impact assessment. As well as local economic development studies and strategies, she has carried out sector studies from viticulture & tourism to manufacturing, as well as rural economies, innovation, skills & labour market analysis. Her clients span government departments and their agencies, universities & the EU commission.

Kevin has over 30 years experience in strategic transport planning and a wealth of experience in transport issues across the South East.
He has extensive experience of working for local authorities and Local Enterprise Partnerships working closely with government and infrastructure providers. Kevin is currently supporting the work of the Heathrow Strategic Planning Group.
